Mr. Schalk Joined I-Bankers in January of 2017. Previously he had been with Dawson James Securities, through the current management teams annexing control from the previous partners/management. During his tenure at Dawson James, Mr. Schalk started the Institutional Sales Department, and grew it to be a significant portion of the firm’s revenues. Mr. Schalk also formed the firm’s Capital Markets Group, and helped the firm build its investment banking practice to be one of the most active investment banks in the healthcare sector for many years. Throughout Mr. Schalk’s career he has been involved with over 200 equity financings totaling well into the billions of dollars. In 2017, Mr. Schalk as Head of U.S. Capital Markets, helped I-Bankers to complete 15 IPOs as lead or co-lead underwriter totaling more than 2 billion dollars.
Mr. Schalk holds a Series 7, 63, and 24.

Robert S. Natiss joined I-Bankers Direct on June 12, 2023 as Branch Manager. He has several years of experience in the financial industry and has several licenses. He has served as a Deputy CCO, conducted branch audits, and is familiar with Front- and Back-Office procedures. He owned the largest discount stock Broker-Dealer, from 1976-1983, selling it to Security Pacific National Bank. He also serves as an arbitrator/chairperson for FINRA, and has testified as an expect witness in industry arbitrations. His securities licenses include Series 1, 7, 4, 9, 10, 12, 14, 24, 40, 52, 53, 79, and 99.

Andy actively manages and oversees our SPAC IPOs and syndicate franchise. Additionally, he works to meet shareholder requirements for IPOs and continued listings. Andy has nearly two decades of experience in global finance, holding positions in institutional equity sales, strategic advisory, and business development in equity capital markets, private equity and venture capital arenas. Prior to joining I-Bankers, Andy was credited with capital raising for US issuers in Europe and for building a broad network of European investors. Having majored in Italian Studies concentrating in International Business, Andy graduated from Dickinson College and earned a MA from Middlebury College.

Chris has over ten years of experience in the IT sector. Before joining I-Bankers Direct, Chris managed accounts as a systems administrator and, later, developed web solutions for two Fortune 500 consulting companies. At I-Bankers Direct, Chris oversees internal operations, and operates webmaster and director of development for web-based and interactive applications. Chris received a BA from the University of Connecticut, and holds a Series 99 securities license.
